• Generate, upload, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Generate deepfakes or misleading content of real people without consent
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract underlying AI models
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Services
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers

5. Intellectual Property and Content Rights

5.1 Generated Content

For content generated using our AI services (such as images created with FluxArt):

• You retain ownership of the text prompts you input
• You receive a license to use generated content for commercial and non-commercial purposes
• We do not claim ownership of generated content
• Generated content is provided "as is" and may not be unique to you

5.2 Platform and Technology

All rights, title, and interest in our Services, including AI models, algorithms, and platform technology, remain the exclusive property of Aptnode.

6. Payment and Subscription Terms

6.1 Pricing

Current pricing for our Services is available on our website. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

6.2 Billing

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All payments are processed through Stripe
• All fees are final and non-refundable due to the digital nature of our services
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees

6.3 Free Tier

Free tier usage is subject to limitations and fair use policies. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free tier offerings.

7. Privacy and Data Protection
