When you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to all premium features until the end of your current billing period. No additional charges will be made after cancellation.
If you need immediate cancellation (effective immediately), please contact our support team. Your subscription will be cancelled immediately, but no refunds will be provided for the current billing period.
Due to the digital nature of our software and services, all purchases are final and no refunds will be provided. This includes but is not limited to:
Our services are digital products that are delivered immediately upon purchase. Once accessed, they cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, which is why no refunds are available.
Upon successful payment, you gain immediate access to your purchased services and credits. This immediate delivery constitutes completion of the transaction, making all sales final.
Credits included in your subscription plan do not expire as long as your subscription remains active. Upon subscription cancellation or expiration, unused credits will be forfeited.
One-time credit purchases are non-refundable once the credits have been added to your account. Credits purchased separately from subscription plans do not expire.
Free trial credits provided with new accounts cannot be refunded and expire according to the terms specified during the trial period.
If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from accessing our services due to our platform errors, we may provide service credits or extend your subscription at our sole discretion.
In case of extended service interruptions due to our platform issues, we may provide proportional service credits based on the duration of the outage. No monetary refunds will be provided.
If you are accidentally charged multiple times for the same subscription due to payment processing errors, we will refund only the duplicate charges, not the original intended charge.

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider. This allows us to resolve issues more quickly and maintain good customer relationships. Chargebacks may result in account suspension pending resolution.
Enterprise customers and those with custom pricing plans are subject to the same no-refund policy unless otherwise explicitly stated in their individual agreements. Please refer to your contract or contact your account manager for specific terms.
We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation & No Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and existing customers will be notified via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
